The major purpose of this research study was critical analysis of various human resource management theories and these can be applied to the organization to enhance and maximize the output. The major output of the educational Institution in the form its graduates depending upon the level of the institutions. Effectiveness of every system depend upon the leadership and its working force. Same is with the education systems. Success and effective of every education rely upon its leadership like School, college and higher education institution Head. If the manpower is well trained, but effective than the output the institution improved many time as compared to the institutions which have weak management and less experienced and less effectives manpower in the form teaches. Further this study reveals that not only human resource management is necessary but with passage of its development is also important. The major weakness found in the management system is that nether at organizational level not at individual level attention is paid to human resource development. Hence, periodic development of all kind of resources both in the form of knowledge and skill is very important. The main reason is, there is a lot of continuous change both in skills and know with the explosion in information technology.
